Doodaaa — Ralph Steadman

Last remnant of a 19th-century �"domestic engineering dynasty” and heir to what's left of the family fortune, Gavin Twinge� -- founder of the Doodaaa school� -- is the original angry voice of contemporary British art. After Ralphael Steed meets him in a London bookshop, he becomes determined to unravel Twinge's mystery and to discover how, after Duchamp, art lost its soul. Drawing inspiration from Twinge's fellow Doodaaaists, Steed proves to be a truly inspired (fictional) biographer, as bit by bit, a picture of the lost soul of art emerges.
