"Don't Sleep with a Bubba" is aimed at anyone with a sense of humor and filled with all-new stories and essays tackling domestic life, drunks on horseback, dogs needing liposuction, a musician husband who cuts hair (badly) without a license and a line-up of kooks who cross the author's path in hilarious escapades one can't believe are true. Yet they are.

She also shares with readers her outrageous experiences on tour with her first book, "Not Tonight Honey," that include being mistaken with her mother as a "mother/daughter" hooker act while checking into a hotel.

During her tour, she had a meeting with HBO about turning her first book into a TV show, and ended up leaving her ugliest Mee Maw panties at her host's house.

Reinhardt shares her 90 minutes in a hotel with the great David Sedaris and how she was so star-struck, the questions she asked the famous writer were beyond bizarre.

In a turn of events, she candidly and hauntingly goes into her plunge into an unexpected depression and related illness that put her in a psyche ward for 9 days. Her stories there, while harrowing and heartfelt, also include humor. She laughs about "healing through Crayola" therapy and morning exercises with a Nurse Rachet type to the "Big Chill" soundtrack.
