It is now the mid-Eighties and things haven't gone to plan for the Bermondsey-Beach Boys. Still scratching a living committing petty crimes on the streets of south London, they receive a proposition to head up to the bright lights of London's West End to sort out some problems for Soho gangster, Bernie Silver, recently released from prison for corruption and murder.
