Following his triumphs against the forces of Chaos on the planet Cybele, brother Arkio of the Blood Angels is being worshiped as the reincarnation of Sanguinius, the Chapter's primarch. Only Rafen, Arkio's brother, has his doubts, but dare not voice them lest he himself be denounced as a traitor.
