Desert Doctor — Irene Ord

Nurse Lucy Meadows works at a clinic where she is in charge of Achmed, the son of the ruler of Zenara in Morocco. The boy has his own surgeon, Dr James Westbury, who Lucy instinctively fears. When the Doctor and Lucy are accompanying Achmed back to his home, their plane is hijacked. In their attempt to escape, Lucy has to pretend to be Dr Westbury's wife, but the growing antagonism between them forces her to make an agonizing decision.
