Danny Orlis and the Dry Gulch Mystery — Bernard Palmer

Doug, Del, and DeeDee Davis are eager to visit their cousins, the Ropers, on their sprawling Texas ranch. Now that their Aunt Carmen has turned to Christ, the ranch seems an entirely different place. The kids are looking forward to time with the Ropers and horseback riding, but then, unexpected lights in an old, abandoned house and glimpses of someone hiding in the grass add more mystery to their visit than they bargained for.
