Finally! Dagmar turns 13 and talks her parents into letting her go on a date -- with a few rules -- but a date nonetheless. Now she just has to find a boyfriend.

Before Dagmar has a chance to begin her search, the ghost of her Aunt Edna appears. Well, first she talks to Dagmar through her headphones, then she appears. Aunt Edna is Dagmar's "spirit guide," and is convinced that her great niece is out-of-control boy crazy and on the road to trouble. Aunt Edna makes sure her presence is felt whenever there's a boy in sight. How will Dagmar ever get a date with Aunt Edna around?
