Cecilia arrived at Chesterton Manor eager to start her new job as tour guide. Work was scarce, and she thought herself lucky -- even more so because she was deeply drawn to her employer, the handsome Sir Evan Cedric-Browne.

But her mood soon changed. Something was desperately wrong at the manor. And Cecilia swore to find out why the servants had fled, despite Evan's promise that she was "safe."
