The sun was at high noon and, more than just merely hot, it burned right through their clothes, sapping the very strength out of them. Creed heard a scraping sound off to the right and instinctively shoved the two indefensible women behind a large red rock. He crouched at the same time, his gun drawn and ready for battle. The two bandits began shooting, and Creed fired off quick shots at the pair hoping to kill them before they got him!
