Coven at World's End — William Tedford
A hollow in a country road just outside rural Oak Grove forks into two branches, one branch leading into the hot farming countryside of the ordinary world and the other into a darker world of giant oaks, a world devoid of mankind and populated by unknown species the further one ventures from the portal.
You need to be a special kind of person to enter that realm, a guardian and a warrior standing at a gateway between the protected human world and the psychic wilderness surrounding it. They are all women, and Sarah Mannhardt, a coming-of-age teenager extraordinaire, will soon prove herself to be one of the most powerful of all.
Decades earlier, World's End was destroyed by an attack that cost the survivors their memory of events and, for many, their sanity. The second attack catches all by surprise, spilling out into the ordinary world, threatening humanity's very survival, and pitting World's End against an enemy they had thought a myth.
Sarah is driven straight into the arms of hell itself to do battle, pursued by a possessed, hopelessly infatuated young man, both threatened and befriended by creatures native to World's End, hopefully to emerge from her ordeal alive, victorious, and sane.
