Command of the King — Mary Lide

Beware of your friends... In the early years of the Sixteenth Century, a strange meeting takes place between the new King Henry of England, eighth of that name, and a simple peasant woman blessed - or damned- with the gifts of sorcery and prophecy. Her words are insolent but simple: Be careful where you put your trust; forget the warlords and turn to peace - and recognize God's punishment for flouting the law (Henry has married his brother's widow).
