Charlie Stone and his 13-year-old son, Tony, are in their boat doing a little early morning fishing when, off the bow of the sleek, streamlined craft they spot something much bigger than a whopper! Sucked into an unearthly vortex that most closely resembles a water spout, the two Stone men soon find themselves in the belly of a futuristic submarine that is already whisking them straight to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
