Mandy Hope loves animals. She knows all about them -- both her parents are vets! Mandy is always ready to help out her friends with their pet problems.

While on vacation, James and Mandy discover a boat called Puss-in-Boats. It's a houseboat filled with cats! Mrs. Browne and her son live there with the village's abandoned cats. Mr. Pengelly, a man from the village, wants the Brownes to take their pets and move away. He thinks they are crazy for having so many cats. But Mandy knows the Brownes are just cat crazy like she is! How can she save the cats' home?
