Billy and Bugzy have something in common: They both don't listen. This gets them into trouble. Billy Bob believes that lady bugs bring luck, and Bugzy believes she's the luckiest lady bug of all. They break rules and challenge the Laws of Nature. There are lessons to be learned in school, and rules to be followed. Some look, listen and learn, while others wonder, wander and waste.
