He has his eye on the magnificent property on the hill; Bromington Heights. Someone in Bromington-on-sea has been anxiously awaiting a victim who they fully intend to kill. They just don't know who it is yet. In the middle of the mix, Dorothea sees all, just before it's about to unfold in real time. Rosie must work matters out for herself if she is to follow the case and save more than one life.
