Adjusting to being back in her present time, once again, is hard enough. It's made more complicated by Connelly, the fallen priest working towards redemption, who insists on staying by her side despite Mitchell's presence. Any chance of focusing on her complicated relationships, or the fact that no one has any idea where the demonic Lett has gone to, is blown away by the sudden appearance of the Springfield's father. Infuriated about not being told about Forrester's death, he comes to investigate, or so he says. He turns his attention towards Catherine, and she soon finds herself drawn into another game. Or is it just a new player entering the demon's game already in motion?
