Body Hunger — William Tedford
The love of Melvin Malevich's life, Angelica Beaumont, suffered an ruptured aneurysm that left her comatose at the age of fourteen. At age eighteen, the day they had planned to wed, Melvin abducts his lost love from a psychiatric clinic ward and commits murder/suicide to end their suffering. Five years later, Melvin is dead by our standards, but back again regardless. He can be seen and heard, but he has no physical presence.
His problem? Angelia Beaumont, the comatose love of his life, is not human. Think of her as a foreign exchange student. She and Melvin had an agreement. She would learn human ways.
