This Easter, go hunting for a real bargain!
Kenneth Weston's name is a household term...that is, in households of crazy rich brides. His design house, Weston Creations, is known for one-of-a-kind wedding and formal gowns, each more stunning and elaborate than the last. It's taken a careful balance of creativity and business sense, and Kenneth is always very much in control.
But one thing he can't control is time. His mother is dying, and everyone agrees the only reason she's holding on is because Kenneth isn't settled and happy yet. So he approaches this as any busy billionaire would, choosing a bride from an online forum. Katie McIver is nothing like what he wanted in a partner, but he can't deny the attraction. This internet-famous soap-maker is bubbly and outgoing, and Kenneth knows his mother will believe he's at last fallen in love.
Katie, on the other hand, nearly maces him when he shows up at her home with a birthday bouquet. She had no idea all those emails weren't spam! It's going to take Kenneth opening up about his real motives to get tender-hearted Katie to agree to marry him and solve all his problems.
But he's about to discover that marriage to a complete stranger isn't quite the brilliant solution he thought. His family might be fooled, sure, but hers can't even be told. And the longer Kenneth stays in his sleepy little hometown, the more of a struggle it is to maintain the careful balance he's always prided himself on.
This bargain may not be what they expected, but during the Easter season of new life, Kenneth and Katie will get a lesson in love, family, and just what "forever" really means.
