Billie's Love — Barbara Anderson

Billie's Love is a story about Catherine Pennington nicknamed Billie by her friends who grows up in a wealthy neighborhood in Philidelphia. At the age of seven she visits Louisiana with her parents and nanny. She meets Weiss, the son of a wealthy German and Royce the poor black maid's son considered white enforces her love for Louisiana.
