Bailing Wire — Robert C. Waggoner

A single parent struggles on a ranch in Wyoming. With her fortitude and brains to match, she struggles against odds to make a life for her two kids. A welcome gift is gladly accepted, but it leaves the ranch without a strong right arm. Fate sends a cowboy who fills the slot. An unfortunate kidnapping of two young girls sends the town into a tizzy. One of the young girls is our main character's daughter.
