When Sheriff Dobie brought Coleman to town and made him the night man in the jail, he only thought he was saving the young man's life. After a worrisome start, Coleman grew into the job, but soon he was being troubled by a young cowboy and he had to learn more than just cleaning up the jail. Sheriff Dobie tutors him on facing violent and troublesome men.
