At the Scene of the Crime — M. Lee Patterson

Jennifer Cahill inadvertently ends up on a wild ride through the streets of Chicago and area working with the police to track down a killer. Will Jennifer's lack of experience help or hinder the police investigation?As Jennifer is getting ready to pack up for the day, the Lieutenant asks her to relay a message to a detective who hasn't checked in since leaving the precinct earlier that morning. Detective Marsden went to inform Kyle Granderson that his wife was found dead the night before in a nearby park. When Jennifer arrives at the Granderson house she hears what sounds like a gunshot go off inside.
