A Tale of Roses — Emily Thompson

Thornrose dreams of a life beyond the cottage in the forest that she shares with her brother and sister. When a trio of young royals arrive at her doorstep, each carrying a magical rose grown by a mysterious woman, Thornrose glimpses the possibility of change. The eldest prince leaves his rose behind and Thornrose takes up the task of cultivating it, and as the rose grows, so does her friendship with the prince. But change does not come simply, and love is never straightforward. Thornrose knows who she is and what she wants, but she also knows that neither one of those things is common.
