A Summer Engagement — Emma Stirling

Engaged to care for Jane Prentice, a spoiled 16-year-old, Kerri Mathison spends her summer months on the Pacific island of Lessane. Jane turns out to be very headstrong, and gets into scrapes for which Kerri gets the blame. On top of that is Kerri's attraction to her employer, Jane's guardian.
