They become so proud that they tend to make a big fuss even if small errors occur. They lose sight of the fact that we are not perfect and we tend to make mistakes especially when under too much pressure. They demand too much just to stay on top. They demand too much just to please clients and customers. But the truth is we cannot please each other all the time. That's why people resign when they feel they can't take it anymore. They resign because they need a long break. They resign because they grow tired of being part of an organization that wants to stay on top and demands too much from its tired employees.
