Organized down to her toes and as domesticated as a tabby, Sally Forbes knew her Mr. Right would be steady, safe and trustworthy. He would not be Sam Thatcher, a whirlwind of energy who lived out of a suitcase and advised people to make multimillion-dollar loans based on his "gut feeling." But as his CPA, it was her job to add some order to his life.

Sam Thatcher, however, had other ideas. He wanted much more than an efficient accountant... he wanted Sally. Her hidden vulnerability brought out his protective instincts even as her magnificent eyes tempted him beyond reason.
