A Hometown 4th of July — June Foster

After Max Tate meets Lynn Marshall at the 4th of July celebration at Ft. Freedom, Washington, he's attracted to the curvaceous blond. Lynn helps Max locate his birth-mother, but when they take a ferry to Cascade Island in search of her, they're too late. She died two weeks before.
