A Door In Time — Elaine Taylor

Set in season 1 after 1:13 Route 666. Sam and Dean investigate the deaths of 3 students at the Ohio State Campus, in Athens. Is the vengeful spirit of a former patient from the abandoned mental asylum responsible? Or is this something that the brothers have never encountered before? Whilst they are investigating the abandoned building; Dean disappears and becomes trapped in another time. Now both brothers must fight; Dean for survival in a time not his own and Sam to save his brother before Dean becomes another victim of a door in time.
