A Cold Rain in Berlin — Julian Jay Savarin

Hauptkomissar Muller of the Berlin Police is not overjoyed to have a journalist assigned to shadow his work. Muller really has enough on his plate with four violent, possibly racially motivated, killings to investigate. Further murders lead Muller and Bloomfield to a US army base, but as they get to know each other better, it begins to seem that Bloomfield has a hidden agenda...as do the killers.
