It all began when Eve Nickerson was attracted by an advertisement in a magazine for a computer dating service. Being possessed of a keen sense of humor, and with time on her hands between jobs, the young actress decided to pay the small fee and discover what the computer might have in store for her in the way of male escorts.

Gradually, she was led into the sinister trap. It had all come about so casually that Eve did not realize her predicament until it was nearly too late. Until she faced death... at the hands of a man who had been dead for more than three years!
