Everything was so simple before Caleb Sawyer returned to Moonrise Cove.

At least, that's how Lindsay Brooks feels. So she hasn't traveled the world or become a veterinarian as originally planned. She's been too busy taking care of her sister, Frances, and feeling guilty.

Years ago, Frances had gotten into a terrible car wreck after she observed Caleb kissing Lindsay. Caleb and Frances were supposed to be a couple, although Caleb had other ideas. Since the accident, Frances has become a virtual invalid. Everyone blames Caleb for leaving town, and they aren't happy he has returned. Everybody that is, except for Lindsay and Frances. Will Frances finally get her way in the end? Or will a long-ago kiss be the key to a storybook romance?
