Big Daryl wanted nothing so much as to make Anja happy. She was beautiful, his intended, and he wanted to give her the wedding ring of her dreams. Only trouble was her dream was beyond what his wallet could afford, but he was in the fancy jewelry store before he realized it.

Terrified he was about to lose her, he finally told her he couldn't afford the eye popping diamond. Her disappointment was breaking his heart when a gang burst into the store and started to smash and grab. A security guard pulled his pistol and gunfire erupted, all hell breaking loose.

When the gun smoke cleared only Big Daryl and Anja were left alive. Never one to lose her main chance, she had the huge diamond in her hand, holding it up for him to see. She wanted to drop it in her purse. No one would ever know, certainly not the cops when they arrived. She'd be wearing the biggest rock in the city, and it would be free.

It was with a sinking heart that Daryl told her they couldn't do it. It wasn't right. He just hadn't been raised to steal. However, Anja, the light of his life, his future wife, the woman he desired most in the world, disagreed with him. She also had one of the robber's dropped pistols in her hand.

She figured she had the perfect crime here, as long as he was never able to open his mouth. Blowing him a kiss, she started to pull the trigger and he dived for cover, realizing his marriage was definitely over, and, if he didn't figure something out quick, so was his life.
