Megan Callaway just brought Green Oaks Plantation, with all of its outbuildings and forest of trees and grass â€" and problems. She plans on turning it into a bed and breakfast. Yet she doesn't have complete control. She'll have to agree on everything with Andy Perry, the president of the local historical group.

He wants to keep everything true to the time period, and she wants to modernize while keeping it looking like the original house. Neither one of them is willing to give an inch.

Sparks fly between them every time they get close, and this gives her another reason not to want to work with him. A relationship with this man is out of the question.
