Portabella Productions is thrilled to produce their first feature film, financed by a Texas tycoon. Unfortunately, the tycoon's screenwriter is overly intrigued with a female singer in rehab who wants to be a movie star, and the singer is even more intrigued with the screenwriter's ex-wife. The tycoon's son manages to set off a full-fledged scandal as they all seek to fulfill their destiny in this often funny, always sexy adventure in movie-making.
