The Road Before Me — Susannah Hayden

Life is one big question mark for Julie. She loves to draw, but is that the profession she should choose? Her boyfriend wants her to marry him, but does she love him enough for that? Her grandmother, whom Julie adores, is sick and can no longer advise her.

Leaving home in Lovellton, Illinis, Julie travels to her grandmother's childhood home in Seabridge, Maine. There she finds comfort and solace in the writings of a young girl, a girl who walked the same road as the one before Julie.
