Jesus was a remarkable boy. Everyone in Nazareth knew that, especially Azriel Solinger, his best friend, but it wasn't until Azriel stumbled onto the temple grounds in Jerusalem and saw Jesus teaching the priests that he realized there was something he didn't know.

One day while having supper with Jesus and his family, an offhand comment by a brother revealed to Azriel that Jesus had been born in Bethlehem. At that moment, all the unusual incidents in their friendship suddenly converged; and for the first time, Azriel suspected that his friend might really be the Promised One.

On a high cliff north of Nazareth---where the two boys had often met to talk while gazing up at the night sky---Jesus revealed who he was; and from that moment, Azriel became a working partner in the greatest mission of all.
