Description
Today is Bennet's birthday! He is so excited and in such a hurry to go to his party that he keeps overlooking important tasks he must do to be ready to go. All the while, his mother keeps patiently reminding him to “Wait a minute, Bennet, first things first.” Bennet learns not only about patience but also a lesson about not getting ahead of himself. He discovers that sometimes it is just as important to not be too early as it is to not be too late. Ultimately, waiting is hard, but perfect timing makes the wait worth it.
