Description
After years away, a man returns to his hometown hoping to reconcile the memory of his brother's tortured death and to face the haunted house where it all started one dreadful Halloween night. But will the ghost of his brother let finally let him rest, or will it demand something more? Mr. November is a ghost story, a coming-of-age tale, and a tribute to a favorite American pastime. There are all manner of hauntings: of places, of things, of people. There are hauntings of the mind, just as there are hauntings of the body and of the soul. But the worst sort of haunting is the kind which infects the spirit, entwines with it, subsumes it. The kind that cannot be easily exorcised. Not, at least, without first killing the host. Appropriate for ages 13 and up.
