Welcome to the idyllic fishing village of Sea Harbor, where the fresh salty air carries a hint of murder, and where the Seaside Knitters can be counted on to gather the clues.

In the quaint town of Sea Harbor, Massachusetts, Nell Endicott and the other Seaside Knitters are helping their friend Gracie Santos open the Lazy Lobster and Soup Café on Pelican Pier. Of course, they do take a break to attend a special yacht club dinner held to honor Gracie's aunt and uncle, Sophia and Alphonso. Decked out in their finest knitting creations, the Seaside Knitters gather with friends to enjoy lobster bisque, mojitos, and music.

But sometimes things can unravel quite quickly.

Under the light of a dazzling full moon, a local scuba dive club witnesses an astonishing sight: a bloodred Ferrari flying off a cliff and onto the granite rocks below. Sophia Santos was behind the wheel, but it wasn't one too many mojitos that sent her car off the cliff. It was murder. Gossip builds, rumors circulate, and the Seaside Knitters quietly begin to stitch together the clues. In a small town like this, everyone is threatened by dark secrets, and it's up to the Knitters to discover a killer's strange pattern.
