America Vs. The Justice Society — Roy Thomas

This epic story, originally published in the 1980s, takes place in the late 1940s. Following the end of the war, Superman discovers evidence compiled by Batman that accuses the Justice Society of America of collaborating with the Nazis during World War II. It looks like a massive cover-up, and leads to a Congressional investigation.
