To Elsa Mallin an ageing assassin with an eye for the ladies is pathetic - but when the eye falls on Elsa herself, it is time to run, especially as murder and kidnapping are in the background. However, too many people are relying on Elsa, including both the kidnap gang and the victims. She has to deal with a set of wild and woolly characters, and the result becomes a question of survival.
