With her sister's whirlwind marriage to the Earl of Arabel growing ever closer, Katherine Sellars finds herself dreaming of her own wedding more than ever. The youngest of three sisters, she is looking forward to her secret suitor finally meeting her parents. On the sixth day of Christmas, her father agrees to entertain him for dinner with a goose as the special centerpiece. Her suitor hopes to find some time to be alone with her but much to both of their dismay, her sisters are there at every turn, and before they're able to do anything about it, a mix-up with dinner threatens to throw the whole evening into chaos.
