Tim Stage is fresh from the correctional officers' training facility as the newest recruit to walk the walls of The Hill. But he's been there before--in disturbing dreams that have him wandering through the building's eerie hallways. Even stranger is the increasingly erratic behavior of the inmates, who appear to be suffering varying degrees of madness.
