The Dora the Explorer Piano Song Book has an attached nine-key piano keyboard and nine sound buttons that children use to play along and sing to nine songs about Dora the Explorer, Boots, and other characters from the popular TV show. The book is designed for children ages 18 months and older.

The Dora the Explorer Piano Song Book features lyrics on each page that are set to a familiar song and a color-coded version of the song's sheet music; children match the color codes to the piano keyboard colors to play the song. When a sound button is pressed, a song will play. At the same time a bright light for each key illuminates in sync with the melody, so a child can follow along on the keyboard with his/her fingers. The Dora the Explorer Piano Song Book has a sturdy cover and heavy board pages that withstand rough handling. The book comes with three replaceable long-life AG-13 batteries and conforms to the safety requirements of ASTM F963-03.
