Memories of Murder — Phillip C. Jennings

I wrote Memories of Murder so long ago that to prepare it for current readers I had to update both language and technology, and change CRT monitors to viewscreens, and tape cassettes to dongles. VCR was a thing, and somehow I thought that in the 2080's it would still be a thing.It's a challenge to write a story that conforms to the rules of two genres; mystery and science fiction. My characters are more brightly colored than in many of my stories. For the sake of these characters I've rescued and updated Memories of Murder.
