Description
October, A.D. 667: Sister to one of the kings of Ireland religieuse of the Celtic Church, and advocate in local courts, Fidelma of Cashel is struggling with her most challenging role yet--that of mother. With her baby boy ever in mind, she takes on her latest assignment with trepidation.
Recent murders have been terrorizing a village and nearby abbey. Three girls have been killed: one each month on the night of the full moon, the most recent just before October's full moon--the Badger's Moon. The villagers suspect that three strangers staying at the abbey are to blame, and demand answers. Fidelma and her companion, Brother Eadulf, must race against time to find the killer before he strikes under the light of the next full moon.
