It's springtime in the Lake District, and everyone is in the best of moods. The daffodils are blooming, the butterflies are fluttering, and Miss Jemima Puddle-duck has laid an egg! To celebrate, she decides to throw a party for the neighborhood. But there's a new neighbor in town, Sammy Whiskers, and Peter thinks he's up to no good.
