Description
CRISIS OF THE HEART
"I Need a wife," Matthew Martin stated flatly, "a woman to run my home, be my hostess and, of course, share my bed." At any other time, Katherine would have refused such an impersonal offer. But she was forty years old, a widow, and her children were grown. The future looked lonely and bleak. So Katherine became Mrs. Matthew Martin -- and found that her "marriage of convenience" was not as convenient as she'd expected. She could deal with her children's disapproval and Matthew's meddling sister. What she couldn't handle was her own rebellious heart, as she discovered that love is not just the prerogative of the young.
