When FBI Consultant Tony Wagner and his wife Kelly arrive in North Dakota to help her parents fight a flood, he never expects to become involved in a murder investigation. The investigation takes them from Minnesota to the oil fields of western North Dakota. As the Red River crests, Tony and Agent Green trim the list of likely murderers.
