A joke Internet séance leads to horrific results, as the participants die one after the other. Three teenagers with a shared secret are forced to reunite after many years to find a way to survive. As they investigate the source of the danger, they are forced to re-evaluate their past and confront their darkest secrets, to the point where they can no longer distinguish between the real horror - the real threat of death - and the nightmare within their souls.
